What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. When you use the service we store the VINs you submit, the reports generated, your credit balance and purchase history, and standard technical data such as device and log information.

How we use it

We use this data to provide and improve the service: generating reports, maintaining your credit balance, preventing abuse, and responding to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Where it is processed

Data is stored with Supabase (authentication, database and file storage). To produce a report we send the VIN — and only the VIN — to third-party vehicle-data providers. Payment details are handled by the payment gateway and never touch our servers.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers described above, or where disclosure is required by law. We never sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing cars.n.roses.ae@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data; anonymised lookup records may be retained.
