The service
CARS N' ROSES VEHICLE & TRANSPORT E TRADING L.L.C (“Cars N' Roses”, “we”) operates an online vehicle-data and analysis service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Users purchase prepaid credits, and one credit redeems one vehicle report: an auction-history verification with market and bid analysis for the VIN you submit.
Reports are informational only
Reports are prepared for guidance and informational purposes only and rely on data supplied by third-party sources. They are not an inspection, a warranty, or a guarantee of any vehicle's condition, history or value, and they may be incomplete or contain errors originating from those sources. You remain solely responsible for your own inspection and purchase decisions, and we accept no liability for the outcome of any auction bid, purchase or resale.
Credits
Credits are prepaid and deducted only when a report is generated. Credits do not expire, are non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and for its intended purpose. You may not resell or redistribute report data, access the service by automated means, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
Accounts
Sign-in is provided through Google. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. We may suspend accounts involved in misuse or fraud.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the credits concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from auction or purchase decisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
