Unused credits

Credits you have purchased but not spent on a report are refundable on request.

Used credits

Once a report has been generated, the credit that paid for it is non-refundable, because the digital service has already been delivered in full.

How to request a refund

Email cars.n.roses.ae@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, stating the purchase reference and the number of unused credits to refund. Requests are confirmed within 2 business days and processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in UAE dirhams (AED). Refund amounts are calculated in AED.
